Orders are typically delivered within 15–20 business days within India and 20–25 business days for international deliveries, depending on product availability. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their order status.

Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, and requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with a 360-degree unboxing video as proof. Customized or made-to-order products, international orders, and sale items are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the product must be sent back through India Post in its original packaging, after which a replacement or refund will be processed.
