Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India.

  • International Shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package details.


Delivery Timelines

Shipping duration may vary depending on the product availability. The estimated delivery timeline for each product will be mentioned in the product description.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, delivery will be completed within 15 to 20 business days, subject to product availability.


International Orders

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, delivery will be completed within 20 to 25 business days, subject to product availability.


Note:
The above timelines are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen delays beyond our control, including courier service disruptions or production delays.

Certain products that experience high demand due to unexpected traction on social media or seasonal demand may require additional production time. As most of our products are made-to-order, order cancellations will not be permitted in such cases. Customers will be notified in the event of any delay in production.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number.

You can track your order status using the tracking number on the Track My Order page available on our website.


Delivery Attempts

We recommend that either the customer or an authorized person be available at the delivery address between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST to receive the parcel.

In case the receiver is unavailable:

  • The courier executive may attempt to contact you via phone.

  • If the call remains unanswered or unreachable, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier hub.

  • The customer may need to collect the parcel directly from the nearest hub.

If the order is returned to us due to delivery failure and the customer requests cancellation, a shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
