We understand that there may be situations where you need assistance with your order. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be accepted.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • For all customized or made-to-order products, returns will not be accepted if the incorrect size has been selected by the customer.

  • Customers are advised to refer to the Size Guide before placing an order.

  • As our garments are not tailored to individual body measurements, a variation of up to one inch may occur.

  • If unsure about sizing, customers are recommended to select a slightly larger size to allow for alterations if required.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, it is mandatory to record a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package.

The unboxing video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package from all angles

  • Display the printed shipping label on the parcel

  • Record the complete unpacking process

  • Show the product thoroughly after opening

  • Clearly capture any damage or defect, if present

  • Be continuous and unedited (no cuts or modifications)

Claims raised without a proper 360-degree continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.


Return / Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return or exchange request, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery via our WhatsApp number:

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return / Exchange

  • 360-degree Unboxing Video


Step 2: Request Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


Step 3: Return Shipping

If your return request is approved:

  • The customer must courier the product back to the address provided by our support team.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.


Step 4: Return Shipment

  • The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.

  • Shipment must be done only through India Post.

  • A maximum courier reimbursement of ₹100 will be provided to the customer upon successful return.


Step 5: Processing

Once we receive the returned product:

  • It will be inspected to verify compliance with our return policy.


Step 6: Refund / Exchange

  • If the return is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5 business days after processing.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated within 2 working days.


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products disliked by the customer or perceived differences in color, texture, or appearance from images displayed online.

  • Products with beads, sequins, or delicate embellishments may experience minor displacement during transit. Such occurrences are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Refundable Cases

  • International Orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Sale Items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
