We offer Free Shipping across India, while international shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package details. Orders are typically delivered within 15–20 business days within India and 20–25 business days for international deliveries, depending on product availability. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their order status.

Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, and requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with a 360-degree unboxing video as proof. Customized or made-to-order products, international orders, and sale items are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the product must be sent back through India Post in its original packaging, after which a replacement or refund will be processed.
